OUR STORY

Charitable Home Health Care was founded on a simple yet powerful idea – to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives and become integral members of our communities. Our journey began when our President/CEO, who has worked as a nurse for many years, recognized the need to become more involved in the care of individuals with developmental disabilities. He acknowledged the need for compassionate, person-centered care that respects the dignity and worth of each individual. Over the years, we have grown and evolved, but our core values and dedication remain unwavering.

Today, we proudly serve individuals and families in Ohio. As of now, we cover areas including Montgomery County, Darke County, Clark County, Greene County, Warren County, Butler County, Preble County, Miami County, Shelby County, Franklin County, Delaware County, and Union County. Our commitment to excellence and our passion for making a positive difference in the lives we touch drive us. Our goal is to provide excellent services throughout all of Ohio. Our open hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
